We build for the people in the hospitality business.
DirectDine started with one frustration: watching brilliant independent restaurants hand a slice of every order to a delivery app, then pay again for a POS, a booking tool and a CRM. We thought the margins should stay with the kitchen.
One platform, instead of five bills.
We spent a decade building software for hospitality and kept seeing the same thing - owners juggling a tangle of tools that didn't talk to each other, each taking its cut. So we built the opposite: a single system where ordering, POS, kitchen, delivery, reservations and CRM share one codebase and one database.
Today DirectDine runs the full shift for independent kitchens and small groups and commission-free, on their own domain, with their data firmly in their hands.
“Own your stack. Keep your margins. Run everything from one place.”
— the brief we still build to.
Principles that shape every release.
Margins belong to the kitchen
No order commission, ever. The value you create should land in your till, not a middleman's.
Your data is yours
Every guest record, export and report stays with you - portable to CSV whenever you ask.
It has to work under pressure
Offline-first by design. A full room on a Friday night is the only benchmark that matters.
Simple beats clever
One platform, one bill, one login. Fewer moving parts means fewer things to break mid-service.
Built on real feedback
We ship alongside the restaurants that use us - the roadmap is shaped by the pass, not a boardroom.
Secure by default
The safe path is the only path in encryption, server-side checks and per-portal auth, switched on from day one.
Small team, restaurant-deep.
Engineers and operators who've worked the line, run the floor and shipped the software.

The live demo is the real product - every portal, fully clickable. Then let's talk about your kitchen.
